Melissa Stack to pen Fox comedy

Last Century Fox and producer Julie Yorn have drawn on Black List alum Melissa Stack ("I wish to F--- Your Sister") to pen an untitled female revenge comedy. According to an authentic idea, our prime-concept story is referred to to be within the vein of "The Very First Spouses Club," however with more youthful leads. Yorn ("Bride Wars") will produce through her LBI Prods. banner, while Daria Cercek will oversee the task for the studio. Stack is really a former attorney who quit her job after her spec script "Sister" made the very best 10 from the 2007 Black List and was preemptively bought by MTV Films for $300,000 against $600,000.
